Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may return the item(s) and receive a refund. All returned items must be uncut and in original, unaltered condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of original ship date. Any claims regarding an order must be made within 30 days of shipment.
To ensure proper credit of your return, please contact Sally@kenoshaquilting.net and we will happily assist you. All returns require a return authorization number that will be provided to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may send back the item(s) through a carrier of your choice. Refunds are typically issued 5-7 days after the item(s) are received and processed.
The following products are ineligible to be returned:
- Clearance Items
- Unless we are in error, we do not refund the fee from the selected shipping method included in your order total.
- Items returned to us in non-salable condition will be returned to sender. The customer will be notified via email and no refund will be given. A non-salable condition includes, but is not limited to, items that have been washed, cut, marked, soiled, or wrinkled, or items that have absorbed a strong odor.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the item(s) of their order upon receipt to ensure any issues can be resolved within the 30 day window.
- We are not responsible for any fees on finished products. The item(s) should be inspected prior to fabrication.

Your shipping rate at checkout is based on the weight and destination of your items. In order to continue offering the lowest possible prices on our products and to maintain the quality of our packaging, we strive to keep our shipping policies as modest as possible.
Currently all shipping carriers have suspended time in transit guarantees, the following shipping times are estimates.
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
- 3 Day Shipping: 3 Business Days
- 2 Day Shipping: 2 Business Days
- Next Day Shipping: 1 Business Day
Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Central Standard Time, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
We try and ship out all items in 2-3 business days however shipping delays happen, You will receive a tracking number with all shipped items.
- P.O. Box addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays due to exceptions as determined by the carrier or due to delays by fault of the carrier. We are unable to offer shipping refunds in these occurrences. This applies to all shipping methods including expedited shipping.
- Any shipment that is undeliverable to the customer is considered a return and will have the returned shipping cost deducted from the refund.
- Any packages that are refused by the customer will have a charge of $15 per package in addition to return freight.

- Orders for items that are backordered or out of stock may take longer to ship depending on availability.
